- The Two bedrooms are roughly the same size. One of the bedrooms is carpeted and the other is hardwood floor. But both have an amazing floor to ceiling mirrors attached to the closets. They come unfurnished so you can make it your own.
-There is a really nice bathroom with a gorgeous stone shower that feels like you are somewhere tropical. Shared between the two new roommates.
-We have an atrium with a tranquil koi pond and soothing waterfall, creating a serene atmosphere. There are 2 turtles and 12 fishes.
-Spacious wrap-around porch perfect for lounging, enjoying morning coffee, or hosting small gatherings.
-In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
-Two garages, one of which doubles as a creative studio, providing ample space for artistic endeavors.
-Vibrant landscaping with five fruit trees and an abundance of beautiful plants, creating a green oasis right at your doorstep.

About the House: I value open-mindedness, respect, and collaboration. If you're passionate about exploring new ideas, engaging in intellectual discussions, and sharing experiences, you'll feel right at home here. I love to host dinners, game nights, movie sleepovers.
