Unit for rent / looking for roommate in Venice/Mar

Hi I’m looking for a roommate to move into my 2bd 2bth this April. This bedroom has a spacious closet with plenty of storage shelves, room for queen size bed and frame, desk, dresser and tv, with room to spare. Just next door is the 2nd bathroom (this would serve as your own private bathroom), recently remodeled , with large shower and vanity mirror. Living room / kitchen are already furnished. The lease is 8 months (April 2023-November 2023). My current Roommate who is moving due to work is also interested in selling his desk/dresser/bed/bed frame if you are interested but no pressure. About me:
Graduated from the University of Washington and moved to LA two years ago, work as a Management Consultant in Down Town LA. Typically work from home 3 days a week and 2 days in office. Durring the week i maintain the classic 9-5 routine, wake up early and go to bed around 10-10:30. On the weekends i like to go out with my friends and may be out a little bit later (12-1230). I also have a girlfriend who spends the night occasionally. I don't smoke, but don't mind if my roommate does ;)
