My boyfriend and I have a vacant room available for rent. It is an unfurnished second bedroom with a private bathroom and two parking spaces available. You will have access to laundry facilities, kitchen, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The rent is $1450 monthly and includes all utilities. No Deposit Required. Couples are welcome to apply. The apartment requires a credit and background check Smoking outside only. Drugs are prohibited.

The apartment is located in Los Feliz area of Los Angeles by Glendale along the 5 freeway. We are close to the Silver Lake area and 15 minutes from downtown and USC. Nearby cities include Burbank, Pasadena, and Monterey Park. We are also close to the 10 Freeway.

We are looking for someone mellow and semi-extrovert, but also respectful. We work from home so we need it to be a little quiet during the day.

You can bring guests, just please let us know in advance so we can make space for you in case you are bringing a date.
We love to eat Thai and Chinese food. We enjoy global and political discussions. Additionally, we like to work out, run, and go to the movies and cultural festivals

There are a lot of books in the living room so we want someone who is not overly obsessive about cleanliness. But the bathroom, kitchen, and dinning area must be kept clean.
