I’m a 41-year-old music teacher looking for a clean, friendly, respectful, and responsible female roommate to share my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with. I love where I live – it is in a low-key neighborhood conveniently located near grocery stores, shops, restaurants, Long Beach airport, and the freeway. CSULB is about 1.5 miles away. Full-time working professionals and mature, serious students who are financially stable are welcome.

You will be getting your own bedroom and shared bathroom for $1,250/mo., which includes all utilities (Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, sewer/trash). There is a cleaning deposit of $600 due upon move-in. All shared spaces are completely furnished. The bedroom (9’9” x 11’5”) is partially furnished with a bed, standing desk, and a few organizers. This room is available for single occupancy only, female preferred. No pets please, as I already have two cats. You will also be required to do a background and credit check with the management to be signed onto the lease.

I teach music lessons in the main room for a few hours each week but otherwise enjoy a very peaceful and quiet home. Cleanliness and organization is extremely important to me as I keep a very tidy and attractive place. Also, my cats are super chill and friendly!
