• Day guests allowed with prior notice via group text
• Night guests require unanimous tenant approval
• Overnight guests (more than one night) must be introduced and approved by all tenants
• Extended overnight stays (maximum 1 week) also require full tenant approval

• Do not damage or alter original redwood woodwork (no nails, tape, screws, etc.)
• Report all damage, especially to historic features, immediately
