Need a new roommate! Great place with max privacy!

Lets see…. We’ve got a gated entrance/parking, neighbors that arent insane, 2 bed / 2bath means you’ll have your own personal bathroom to blow up. A cool sun-facing balcony, a washer/dryer in unit (fancy too!) and plenty of space to spare (TOO much space). I don’t have pets either, so you dont have to stress about that. I do plan to start growing potted plants soon, so a small slice of the balcony is reserved for my future plant-children.

It’s in a decent area and a very comfy place in my humble opinion! The main perk I see if that you’ll have plenty of space to work with, and freedom to do with it as you please! I don’t own much furniture, so it’s basically unfurnished once my roommate starts packing things up.

My biggest perk is that I value solitude and peace above all else, which means I’m in my room 90% of the time. Im a 30 year old, terminally online nerd/weeb so I spend most of my days tinkering away on the internet working on cosplay and playing video games. I’m clean, responsible and really just want to be left alone most of the time, so you don’t have to worry about forced small talk, just regular small talk. Most people think I’m pretty cool! I don’t mind any living with any gender as long as you’re clean and respectful.

I don’t have people over often, but dont mind if you do. I communicate everything that matters, so once the understanding between us has been formed, the pact is sealed. I want a drama free life with a roommate that’s respectful and responsible. Living together means sharing a space, and that also means forming boundaries that are to be respected. So be reasonable!

I’m also open to the idea of a couple, since I am alone and barely use any of the space I have. So if you have a significant other, let me know and I can rearrange.

Because I’ve had this apartment for years, it’s likely you won’t need to commit to any lease, so you arent bound to stay forever!
