It is a large home in a small gated community. There's a loft including two rooms and a bathroom. I only want to rent one and you wouldn't have to share the bathroom 99% if the time. I occasionally have a family member stay for a few days. There's a 2 car garage with washer and dryer. Use of kitchen with dish washer, cooking utensils, plates, etc. 2 fridges. Pantry space. Free to use the living spaces, tvs etc. The community has 2 pools and is 2 miles from Seal Beach.
