I have 1 unfurnished room available. I am seeking, respectable, responsible, quiet, and clean tenant who keeps things simple. We are close to the 91 fwy and 710 fwy. About 15 min from Cal State Long Beach and Cerritos College.

Room is 10.5 x 12.25 ft with large closet

-1 room with your own shared Bath available, unfurnished. Furniture in photo can/will be removed.
-All utilities are included. (Water, high speed internet, wi-fi, gas, electricity, Trash) Washer and dryer on site.
- You can put you own small refrigerator and microwave in the room
- Flexible move-in date and month to month
- Street parking available
- No laundry on site
- I do have a dog two small dogs
- Non smoker, No Evictions, No criminal records, No Illegal Drugs,
- Sorry No couples or kids
- Must have full time job or Student (ID or DL, Paystubs required)
- A good renting history.
