• pets allowed on case-by-case basis
• utilities: water & trash included in rent. electricity, wifi & gas split by 3 each month.
• parking garage available: $100/space/month
• amenities included: lobby with gym & lounge at entrance, balcony/patio

looking for:
• responsible, clean, easy-going person
• ideal age range: 23-30
• must have stable proof of income (3x rent or $4200/month) +620 credit score. landlord requires applicant background check.
• 420 friendly
