Rent is $1347.50 a month. Water is included in the utilities. Other utilities are estimated to be around about $140. Security Deposit is $1,000. Security deposit is required when signing lease. There is on site parking and a washer and dryer inside the unit. I have included a video of how it looked before I moved in and images of what it looks like now. You will have one roommate who is a working professional who is usually out. The lease ends 08/31 but there is an option to renew. ESA pets are okay.
