The Bedroom has a large closet, nice view, and natural lighting. The view is overlooking Wilson High School. Front bathroom is outside the room and would be your private bathroom.
The Condo has a shared living space (already furnished) one parking space (tandem style), in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and sharing kitchen/linen storage space. Wood floors through out the condo. Located on the 2nd floor with stair access only.
The condo is gated (intercom access), located in a safe area near Blair Field and Wilson High school with lots of street parking available. Parking is always available at night.
I have a dog, so unfortunately no other pets allowed by management. Must be a dog friendly person :)
I am looking for a mature working female, clean, friendly, and smoker friendly. Or a mature college/graduate student. (Sorry no couples)
The rent is $1,272 with estimated utility cost including (gas, electric, Wifi) approximately $100 extra per month. The lease is currently month to month.
