3BR/1.5BA Shared House in Retro Row - MAR ONLY

Hi friends: I'm a 46yo media professional who shares this 3BR/1.5BA house with his two tuxedo pals.

Please note that I've updated this listing because there are new, permanent tenants moving in 4/1. I'm looking for short-term housemates to help bridge the gap during the month of March. An ideal situation for folks whose own situation is in short-term flux. Again, this house is available ONLY for March. I have reduced the rent and am including all utilities to sweeten the deal.

We love this place because it's a 15-minute walk to the ocean and only one block away from one of Long Beach's coolest strips, Retro Row. I'm an athlete who splits his time between home, office, and the great outdoors. I'm also a musician who uses part of the house as a workspace (but don't worry about noise - no amplifiers!). The kids earn their keep by sunbathing and prowling the house. We'd be happy to have a single or a couple, as the listing comes with two rooms.
