Hello everyone, I’m advertising my second bedroom in my beautiful refurbished condo one block from Alamitos Beach. The room comes furnished and decorated with a new bed, mattress, and huge desk. It has a large walk-in-closet. You have your own private bathroom too.

You’d share the rest of the apartment with me and my cuddly Goldendoodle, Rosie. I’m 34, English, part of the LGBTQ community, I work in real estate and study full time. I like to paint, cuddle my dog, practice yoga and play pickleball. My girlfriend comes over sometimes too.

The whole apartment is furnished so you can enjoy a 72” TV, dining with the best views, or chilling on the balcony overlooking the city and ocean.

The location is perfect as it’s quiet and yet centrally located. It takes 3 mins to walk to the beach, 4 minutes to walk to the bars on Broadway and it’s a few blocks away from the community yoga and Farmer’s Market on Bixby Park.

The apartment is large, light and has great views. It’s a great place to relax and unwind. I love to be peaceful at home so I want to find a roommate who is clean, environmentally conscious, great company and a positive upbeat person.
