Hello future roomie! We have a spare room and we're so excited to find the right person to enjoy our beautiful home with us. Our house is located just to the north of all things Bixby Knolls. 15 mins from Cal State Long Beach, 10 mins from the Queen Mary and ONLY 3 mins from the 710 Freeway.

*I'm using pics from when the house was staged with furniture. We can do a virtual tour so you can see how the house/room looks currently with different furniture :)

Important Info...

1-No Pets allowed, already 1 sweet cat in the house.

2-No smoking inside.

3-Must have a credit score of 700 and above or co-signer willing to apply with you or enough savings to prove that you can at least cover 3 months of rent.

4-First/last month's rent plus deposit.

5-Queer Friendly.

Cool House Things...

-Rooftop...yes you can literally stargaze while being at home!

-Backyard...we're planning to grow fruits/veggies so be ready for some fresh meals!

-Washer/Dryer inside...no laundry mat madness?! Hell Yeah

-Dishwasher...who wants to wash dishes one by one when you can do it ALL at once?!

-2 Car Garage plus driveway...More than 1 parking spot...in Long Beach. Is this real life?

What we're looking for in a roomate...

-You are respectful towards others

-Organized and likes to have a clean space, specially the common/shared areas.

-You don't take things personally and you're not afraid to openly communicate. If you've read the 4 agreements we are off to a good start.

-You are looking for a room to rent to hold you over a transitional period, we're looking for someone that needs a temporary solution to their living situation but still wants to live comfortably.

-You don't own a lot of things other than what will be in your bedroom.

-You are not allergic to cats and you actually prefer them over dogs...the prefer part is a joke but there is cat in the house so you should at least tolerate them.

-You are a creative soul, you enjoy hanging out with roomates and coexisting with them but you mostly have your own life and you're independent.

-You don't bring the party home...or strangers home.

We're hosting Zoom/Facetime meetings until we find the right fit. Let's see if we vibe digitally and if we do we can do an in person tour and get to know each other a bit more.
