You’d get your own private bedroom and bathroom as well as awesome balcony views of beautiful Alamitos Beach right across the street 🤘. Also includes your own parking space in building, plus outdoor pool, club room and full gym access using a key fob that’ll be yours for the duration of the lease.

About me: I’m a [semi] young professional working as an associate creative director in advertising, so I’m a generally creative type who also loves fitness (running, hiking, gym, etc.) and the outdoors. I work hard, both at home at times since the pandemic, but also in the agency office down the street and on weekends I tend to play hard with friends going to festivals, outdoors, exploring new venues around LA, meeting new people.

Looking for someone with good vibes and hopefully a wee bit of humor, probably a professional like myself of some sort, though students can work too! The room is good sized but isn’t huge so if you have a lot of furniture it may not be a great fit for all of it but perfect for those that don’t have a ton.
