Hi there! I'm looking for two awesome roomies for my 3 bedroom/2 bath condo in the Eastside/Zaferia area.

The bedrooms for rent are airy and bright and share a bathroom. The condo has a great balcony with amazing sunrise views. Washer and dryer are also in unit, so no need to scrounge for quarters!

Looking for someone in their late twenties or thirties who is a working professional or full-time student. I like to be super clean and tidy and want to live with someone who jives with that. And sadly no pets allowed.

I work full-time and teach yoga a couple times a week so I love coming home to relax and unwind. I'm not down to have any parties here, but guests and friends are cool as long as we communicate about it. 🙂

Rent is $1050 per month and utilities come to $60 per person. There is a tandem parking spot which is $50 per month, but street parking is also available.

Move-in date: September 1st (but somewhat flexible)
Rooms: Measure 10' by 10' with a large closet
Lease: Minimum 6 months
Security deposit: $1050 (1 month rent)
