Room for rent in large 4 bedroom townhouse

What to expect from the room:
-Largest room in the building with built in closet
-Detached private bathroom which is also the largest.
-Will be mostly unfurnished except for the wifi equipment
-Sometimes a ethernet cable will have to be ran from your room to another room so that the others can have a more consistant wifi connection
-AC or heating is built into the room

As for the rest of the house, the living room is spacious and is combined with the kitchen. The living room and the kitchen will be furnished. There is also a washer and dryer in the building.

Your housemates are respectful and will leave you alone unless you choose to interact with them. The walls are fairly thick so you won't hear the others and they won't hear you. Most of the time the other roommates won't be home since they will be working or at school.

Expectations:
-Do your own dishes
-Help out in cleaning the house
-Remember to take clothing out of laundry machines
-Pay rent on time
-Respect other housemates

There are also two cats, however they are not your responsibility and their owners will take care of them. They are both fairly well behaved.

No pets or owner of the property will raise rent by 10%.

Smoking is ok as long as you do it outside.

The rent will be $1150 a month not including utilities and wifi. However, utilities and wifi are set up and cost about $50-60 per month depending on usage.
