I'm Jonathan and I'm a new commercial Realtor working in Santa Fe Springs. I'm living in my mom's rental and need to find a roommate after my current roommate found a job in another state. I'm pretty much working M-F and just use the house for sleeping. Looking for someone likeminded who is needing a comfortable place to live and not go to wild.

Small bedroom and nice sized living room to hang out in. Mind the stuff still in the room in the photos as it will be gone and the room cleaned by move in.

1 bedroom for sharing 2BD, 1.5BA house with 2 people. No couples please, looking for 1 roommate not 2. They can sleep over every once in a while though.

First and last month's rent upon move in.
You get the bedroom and ability to use/furnish back living room.

Backyard and kitchen shared, free use of laundry machines, limited garage and shed storage for a bike or two max.
