We’re looking for 2 girls to live in our room for the Fall 2025 semester only! All furniture is included and optionally our wall decor. You will have: - 2 walk-in closets - An en-suite double sink bathroom - Driveway parking - Free Utilities (Washer/Dryer, Water, AC/Heat, Trash)
Rent for each person is $800 or $1,600 for one person with no roommate. You can apply with or without a roommate in mind and if not we will find someone to room with you!
The sublet starts July 1st but you can move in any time after that! The sublet will end at the end of December. 🗓️
The house is a 5-bedroom, 3-bath with other CSULB students. It’s a 15 minute drive from campus in the Lakewood area. The house is located on a cul-de-sac in a family neighborhood with parks, grocery stores, and a gym!
