We are an all female house with 4 residents (not including the open room), looking for someone who is clean and respectful of shared spaces/others and accepting of differing gender identities and sexualities. Location: 3-5 minute drive from Biola, Albertsons, Stereoscope, Hannam Chain Super Market, 10-15 minute drive from Trader Joe's, Target, and Costco
Rent/utilities: The lease is flexible (month to month). Rent is $640/month, and utilities range from approximately $40-70 a month
Additional note: There are 2 cats in the house, they are very friendly! Unfortunately, we are not capable of having any other pets join us.
