Furnished room for rent in a quiet neighborhood in the La Mirada Creek area. The home is close to hiking trails, a horse trail, Disneyland, and Knott’s Berry Farm, but it feels like you’re outside of the city.

The room is approximately 10'x11' and has an armoire, closet, pull-out bed, dresser, nightstands, dimming overhead light, and a large window offering natural light. The house has central heating and AC, is fully furnished, and has a covered patio in the backyard.

I am seeking someone professional, responsible, clean, and will be respectful of my home. It is ideal for someone who frequently travels for work, is a traveling nurse, is a grad student focused on their studies for the semester, or is a new transplant to the area or restarting, and wants a furnished space and doesn’t want to deal with the hassle of finding parking, multiple roommates or schedules, all while living in a nice neighborhood as home base with minimal setup or needs. Easy driving commute to LA, OC, and IE during non-rush hours.

No parties or overnight guests are allowed, and only single occupancy is allowed. No drugs (including marijuana) or indoor smoking (vaping ok). No pets.

The furnished room is available for a mid-term rental with a minimum of one month for up to three months, and I am willing to negotiate an extension (e. g., if you had a slight extension in your contract) as needed based on availability. No additional furniture is permitted and storage space for furniture is not provided or available. Background checks and proof of income are required as part of initial screening.

I am a professional who works from home several days a week. I work long hours, keep a quiet household, and am a veteran. I work in public safety and require anyone who will share my home not to have negative associations (e. g., crime, drugs, etc.). I am LGBT-friendly.
