Hi everyone!

Move in date: JUNE 15 (ASAP)

I am moving out because I am getting married and moving to another state so I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (read whole caption about lease details!). My roommate is in his mid 20’s and he is outgoing but very respectful to people’s space. AND VERY CLEAN. An all around cool and chill guy and he works with kids at a daycare center.

This is an awesome apartment central to Koreatown which means it is walking distance from countless restaurants, clubs, and cafes. This room is the master bedroom which means it has tons of room. AND YOU HAVE YOUR OWN BATHROOM. It has two mirrored closets and a private full bathroom. FIY: the leasing company allows for a lease transfer at zero cost. This means you are never locked into a contract as long as you find someone to take over your lease if you so decide. Which is a huge bonus!

Please comment and we can jump on a call ASAP to discuss move in.
