ISO Roommate for spare room

Looking for:
Female 26+ (Possibly open to a couple- if so rent would be split 3 ways and $819 per person per month )

Professional, respectful, clean.

No deposit required, but application/background check fees will apply. First months full rent required.

Responsible for splitting rent and all utilities (water, gas, electric, internet etc)

Unfurnished room (I have a bed available for small fee!) with closet and separate storage closet in the hallway.

Shared bathroom and common areas.
Gated entry to building.
Laundry in building.

Street parking (I occupy the current garage space however I am happy to let you know if I am ever gone so that you can use the space- typically 2-3 nights a week!)

 

Rent is $1228/month

Im a professional in the cosmetic/medical industry, and work M-F.
I do use my home as my safe and quiet space. My work days are long so I like coming home to a somewhat quiet environment. If I ever have company it would just be a friend from time to time or bf, no parties or big gatherings. I do enjoy going out from time to time with friends and but I don’t really like having that party type environment in my home!

I have a cat, shes big and fluffy. I could be open to another cat but it depends on the situation. No dogs sorry- I love them but I dont have the time to make sure my cat can properly be introduced and and make sure they get along!
