Hi! I’m looking for someone to resign my lease with me in September in my two bedroom apartment between Hancock Park & Koreatown.

The apartment building is a small & cute 10-unit building that has a washer/dryer on-site, a friendly landlord, and is walking distance from Larchmont and Koreatown. The apartment is a spacious two bedroom one bathroom with a dishwasher, ac in every room, and new appliances. The bedroom will come unfurnished (although my roommate would love to sell her bed if of any interest). *my current roommate is taking some of the living room furniture as well so I will be redecorating particularly the wall with the TV*
I’m looking for someone who is relatively clean, respectful, open, and friendly. 🥹
About me: I’m 25 years old & work in music management. I like to read, watch TV, go on hikes, go to the beach, walk to Larchmont for bagels, and cook. I’m an easy going & considerate roommate.
