This charming fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom house is one of two houses on the property, and is setup to accommodate only 3 responsible adult occupants at a time, who rent one of the bedrooms and have access to the general living spaces in the house for a minimum of 30 days; during which time they are respectful of others in the house and the property. There is no maximum rental time.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, end tables, lamps, television, nice closet space, table or desk, chair, CD/Clock component, and electrical cords.

The general areas of the house includes a fully furnished kitchen, living room (in which there is also a tv), hall closet, laundry area. Twice a month, house cleaners come and clean these general areas. Each occupant is to help maintain the clean and sanitary condition of the house in between the twice-a-month cleaning of the general areas of the house.

The house has central air conditioning and heating.
There is free parking on the property
There are security cameras, motion lighting and all night lighting outside, and the property is gated.

All utilities: electric, gas, water, wifi, and, house cleaners who clean the general areas and bathrooms in the house twice a month are included in the monthly rent.

Rooms available for rent:
1. One bedroom with a private bath that rents for $1,500 plus $150 for twice-a-month cleaning of the bathroom and general areas (Kitchen, living room and laundry area) of the house. Total monthly payment is $1,650.

2. One bedroom (blue bedroom) that shares a bathroom with tenant in the brown bedroom and rents for $1,400 plus $150 for twice-a-month cleaning of the shared bathroom and general areas (Kitchen, living room and laundry area) of the house. Total monthly payment is $1,550.

A signed month-to-month lease agreement is required on move-in day.
The $1,000 refundable deposit and $150 end of lease move-out cleaning fee is also required before or on move-in day. A notice of tenant's intent to end the lease and move out of bedroom and and off the property is to be emailed to landlord 30 days before the day he or she moves out of the house and vacates the property..

The house is located approximately 4 blocks from the Clipper's Arena (INTUIT DOME), 5 blocks from SoFi Stadium, and 6 blocks from the KIA Forum. The wonderful thing is that there is no noise from the stadium events. However, the house is soundproofed.
