An easy commute from Culver City, west Los Angeles, Inglewood, even Marina del Rey and Venice Beach. We quickly can enjoy the South Bay beaches, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and "the strand" beach walk. ABOUT THE ROOM: Private unfurnished bedroom with hardwood floors. INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, wireless internet, electric, gas, water, trash, a reserved parking spot, on-site coin-operated washer and dryer. The bathroom is shared with 1 other clean roommate. ABOUT US: There is a quiet friendly vibe to the house. There are rarely to never at all any guests over, no one smokes and some of the housemates occasionally drink. The house has a large shared common area that includes a kitchen with private pantry and private refrigerator area, a large living room, dining room, a laundry room.
