Master bedroom in an adorable 3bd 1ba boho/ farmhouse styled HOUSE in Hawthorne!
Looking renting out just one room, the third could be a guest room, meditation room or office, whatever we mutually think works best!
Garage storage, two parking spots in a driveway available, in unit laundry, all appliances!
The bathroom is shared but I have all of my ”getting ready” stuff + a vanity in my room so I don’t spend much time in the bathroom!
Fully furnished except your room, I do have a queen mattress you could use!
I work a hybrid schedule so I’m home somewhat often, but I go out most evenings and weekends and I’m honestly super chill and quiet! I’ve had up to 7 roommates at one time so I’m very used to living with other people.
I have a small, elderly blind dog and a cat who both love people, I’d be open to another cat or dog depending on if they got along with mine (and for an extra $50 a month.)
I have friends over for chill dinner parties sometimes, you’re more then welcome to join!
My personal interests are art, interior design, the outdoors, yoga, cooking and concerts!
I’m VERY clean and tidy, and always make sure to clean up after myself.
Sometimes I come home late on the weekends but my room has its own entrance so I won’t disturb you!
