You get your own ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and gorgeous vintage tile. The kitchenette has an electric stove, mini fridge, sink, and microwave. Walk-in closet with built-in shelving.

The house has real character – archways, stained glass, vintage tile.
You'd share it with up to four other people. Shared spaces include a full kitchen with dishwasher, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, and backyard. Central A/C throughout.

The views from the living room and dining room are incredible. During the day, you're looking out at the Hollywood Hills with trees scattered across the hillside. At night, it's city lights stretching across the basin.

It's quiet up here – jasmine and bougainvillea everywhere, birds in the morning.

You're ten minutes from the Hollywood Bowl, a short walk from Runyon Canyon, and Franklin Village is just down the hill with coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.

Hollywood Boulevard, the Walk of Fame, and the Pantages are all nearby.

It's a quiet street with plenty of parking. Street permit included. Garage spot available for $100/month extra.
