3 BDRM 2.5 BATH VILLA (essentially a full house but with a garden walkout balcony instead of a yard and subterranean gated parking.). Guest parking also available. Secured building at end of a quiet cul de sac, Hollywood Hills zip but close to Studio & Universal City. Restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Dark hardwood floors, crown moldings, tall ceilings, massive kitchen and pantry, dishwasher, and most kitchen appliances you could think of, A/C, Heat, Alarm System, Secured building and parking. Washer & Dryer upstairs in Unit. Currently one furnished bedroom is available and one unfurnished bedroom is available. Willing to remove furniture from furnished room.

Renting out two of the three bedrooms . If I find one roommate, rent $2K + split utilities. Third bedroom can be kept as a guest bedroom or we could turn into an office, open to ideas. Includes parking, private bed, and private bath.

If I found two roommates, rent would be $1500 each, but that is all in utilities would be included. This scenario would have a shared bathroom, but there is also the extra half bathroom downstairs. I currently have one extra parking space, if two spaces are needed there are options for street parking passes or we can possibly try to get another space from a neighbor.

I like to keep the place clean, peaceful, private and feeling like home where everyone is comfortable and no one has drama.

I travel 50% + of the month, so most of the time the house would be yours, when I am in town I DJ about 2 hours usually early evening but can accommodate roommate preferences. I have a 18 lb pound 🐶 puppy Oliver.
