I have 3 bed/ 2 bath, and both of my roommates are going moving for Grad School. 2 rooms with a shared bathroom will be available. The building is very new, it has a beautiful pool, large clean gym, parking, 24/7 security, mailroom, workspace with private offices, and multiple outdoor gathering spaces. I live on the top floor so there's no noisy upstair neighbors! I am a queer male and I prefer female or LGBTQ+ roommates. . Must have a steady job.
