We are renting out our spare bedroom in a luxury apartment complex in Hollywood, CA. The building is amazing with gym, jacuzzi, rooftop, yoga room, outdoor dining and lounge areas, the list goes on.
ROOM: The room comes with its own large, private bathroom and has a large attached closet. The room is currently furnished but can be removed upon request. There is a small hallway leading to the spare room and bathroom, and the two bedrooms are opposite sides of the apartment.
APARTMENT: The apartment is very bright, has a nice, spacious kitchen/living room as well as 2 terraces(!) which are all shared, has good AC and washer/dryer.
US: A bit about us, we are a woman and male professional couple. Both of us work at UCLA. We love traveling and eating at nice restaurants. When we are at home we like to watch movies or read books or cook or just generally live life. We are really friendly and love having people over. We're very respectful, caring people that like living with others, and prioritize good communication with roommates.
