Short term sublet - Spacious Furnished Studio

Hello!

I am hoping to find someone to sublet my sweet, spacious studio in Hollywood while I'm away for a few weeks. Exact dates are 8/28-9/16, although there is some flexibility! Maybe you're in between apartments, or looking for a cheaper alternative to an Airbnb? Either way, I gotchu!

The apartment is fully furnished as shown and has a built-in A/C, shared laundry room, countertop dishwasher, air purifier, and sliding doors that lead to a private patio within the building's communal courtyard, which also includes a pool. The outdoor space is perfect for folks who work from home (such as myself) and don't want to be trapped inside all day, but there is also a desk inside that you can use.
There won't be an available parking spot in the garage, however, there is usually no issue finding a spot on the block with a permit (that I will lend to you).

This is my home that I love, so I am looking for someone who is relatively quiet, respectful, and clean. Other than that, I am not picky!

Also, I have a cat, and although she will not be there when you are, and I am a religious vacuumer and have a HEPA air purifier, it is something to consider if you are extremely allergic.
