One Room for Rent (with guest room) in Luxury 3bed 4bath in Hollywood Building starting January 1st.

Price is for one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. I will have the master, and we will share a guest room with an en-suite bathroom upstairs. We can use this as a shared office or secondary tv area/lounge. There is also a half bath in the unit by the entrance.

About me: I'm a 27 year old artist who has a studio in downtown. I'm usually out of the house most of the day 4 days a week, getting home around 7pm for the night if I don't go out again. I eat a plant-based diet and would love someone who is too (or just someone who is considerate about cooking smells/does takeout mainly). 99% sober. I'll usually watch something and eat dinner before bed, but not one to hog the lounge all day. I'll occasionally have a friend over for a meal or to swim, but never a late at night loud music sort of thing. I'm queer. I have a 5 month old hypoallergenic puppy that I will usually leave at home, in the guest room with access to our private roof until she's better trained.

You: Really prefer someone who works outside of the house. And when home, I'm very considerate about sharing space, and expect my roommate to be too. If one of us decides to work from home sometimes, we can have the guest room with an office setup, but both our rooms also fit desks. Definitely never bring the party home, since the lounge area connects to both our walls, sound travels from the downstairs living area to our rooms, but if you want to have a friend or two over upstairs on the roof, that's cool. Or if it's more than that every now and then, we'll just communicate. Queer or queer friendly. I'm fine with someone having a dog, as long as it's hypoallergenic. No other pets or support animals. Not considering couples either.
