You'd be signing a Month-to-month lease at $1,183/mo available as soon as Sept 1st with a security deposit of $850. Apt has an AC unit, dishwasher and oven, laundry in building located directly outside our door, and a tandem parking spot that is first come first serve. The room comes with furnishings shown except the 4 x 4 cube shelves, but I'm happy to remove anything you don't want.
