Private room / bathroom and office for rent

Hi all!! I’m looking to share my beloved, sweet 3 bedroom bungalow in Highland Park with one other person!

What this means? Your rent includes your room, a private bathroom, and a mostly private office space! It really is just a spare bedroom that can be used as your office (I work outside of the home) and extra storage (spare closet). In the past I have shared the room as a spare room and we used it as an office / meditation / reading nook.

I enjoy living with people who are proactive roommates who also enjoy the community aspect of living together.

House is super sweet and centrally located. It is a 5 min drive to the Gold Line and 25 min from Downtown LA. Close to all the new shops and restaurants on York and Figueroa. (Kitchen Mouse, Cafe Birdie, Namaste Yoga, Civil Coffee, and more!)

There is Central AC, a garage, backyard deck and table area for BBQs and a fire pit for get togethers (twinkly lights included), washer/dryer, dishwasher, backyard with a veggie garden, front porch with a porch swing and a ton of plants! Plus if you like to garden!

I am an 37 year old jeweler and artist. I have a studio off York nearby and usually I’m there most of the time. I like to do yoga and am interested in art, home decor, travel, music, astrology. Not a big drinker, but I do like wine on occasion. When I am home I like to cook, bake and just relax. I have a really cute well behaved pup named Apollo. He's a true angel!
