The place; The apartment's perfectly located within walking distance of the many bars, shops, grocery stores, and restaurants on both York Blvd and Figueroa St, along with being less than a mile from the Highland Park metro station. Has a pretty spacious living room with tall ceilings and plenty of natural light, a kitchen, and the building has a washing machine and dryer on each floor. (Coin/app operated.)
Highland Park's a majorly fun neighborhood with tons of things to do, conveniently close to Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Downtown LA, Echo Park, you name it.
You'd have your own room and share a bathroom with one other person. Tandem parking in the lot behind the building, though there's plenty of street parking as well.
About us; two guys in our mid 30s/early 40s, both pretty laid back and creative-minded, into music, writing, and all that good stuff. Looking for someone who's easy to live with, who will pay rent on time, and who's respectful of the space. Lease is month to month, though ideally we're looking for someone who's planning on staying for a while.
