Looking for the right Roommate(s)

I'm not a hipster but I look like one when I have a mustache.

Home should be the place you look forward to after a hard day. When you walk up the steps and see the door, that should be a moment of comfort and relief. And you should feel confident in knowing that not only is the space itself something that helps you feel that way, but also the people on the other side of that door do the same. I live in a nice house, in a nice neighborhood. I am looking for a roommate(s) that are looking for just that. The house would be a completely shared space, but with a room to call your own. I respect personal space, the need for quiet time - and I am happy to have times that aren't as quiet - communication about those times are essential. The room for rent is the exact same size as mine, as is the rent the exact same price. Bills are minimal, we can discuss when you come look at the spot. I could go on and on here about the place and what I'm hoping for in a roommate, but I'd rather do the rest in person - see if the vibes are mutual in real life and not just on paper.
