Welcome to your downstairs room/apartment on a quiet, hilly home that includes parking. It's just a 15 minute walk from Fig street and 2 miles to Occidental College. You have: a separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom, office space and laundry. You will have access to the large backyard as well.

All utilities included, including high speed internet.

Looking for a quiet, non-smoking female student or professional.

The other two occupants upstairs are quiet working professionals, one who works from home two days a week. There are two cats on the upstairs floor.

Your room is currently unfurnished but pictured with furniture for reference.

Please note: There is no kitchen, so you will need to use a hotpot/microwave in your space. The laundry is located on your floor, so once a week I will coordinate with you to bring down the laundry to do downstairs. The parking space is outside in front of the house, so you should be comfortable driving up a hill.
