Rent includes: Bi- weekly Maid, house manager, kitchen manager, property manager, pest control, 2 internet modems, tp, paper towels, hand soaps, and more to keep it balanced and cozy! Assigned food storage.

We do a light background check to make sure we are not moving in alcoholics, criminal record of felons.

Average stay is 3 to 18 months.

Common space area for dining. Cooking , study / pod cast room, garage with a. c. for recording music and screening films. Camera inside with keyless entry. Outdoor shower and sink. Beautiful front and back yards.

Great location for those using public transportation. The city's Gold line Train is 7 minutes walking distance from the Lodge. It Connects to the main subway downtown. Only 4 miles away. Hollywood is 15 minutes train ride from downtown.

Rent includes your spot in a sturdy steel bunk bed, private lockable wardrobe closet, with new mattress cover, charging outlets, and assigned food storage space, keyless entry - gated property with cctv cams in common space, house manager and property manager. We have an excellent community of people here. 6 years now in operation.

Weekly maid service deep cleans the bathrooms and kitchen and common areas and rooms. Our showers and sinks are cleaner than most residential living situations.

House manager helps with trash, re-stocking bathroom tp and soaps, roomie organization.

No furniture needed. Fully furnished. Average age is 22 - 38, however those who are older are working as Artist or students and enjoy living with a younger generation.

Non permitted neighborhood street parking and city parking lots. Free after 9 pm. Many parking options. Super quiet L. A. neighborhood. Sleep is easy.
