Looking for 2 x roommates.
Two bedrooms in a 4/3.5 in Hermosa Beach.
$2,500 plus utilities. Shared bathroom. One bedroom has direct access to a bathroom the other has a front patio and private entrance to the room. Both bedrooms have private parking garage spot if desired.
Preferably female roommates who have no pets, clean and tidy, quiet and professionals would be ideal. I am in my early 30s, travel away a lot for work and I have a small yorkie that will be at the house (hypoallargenic). Not looking for anyone who wants to throw parties and have a lot of guests over. The home is a quiet snd relaxed space.
Move in date ASAP for upto 9 months. $1,000 safety deposit with $200 of that for cleaning once gone.
House is a quick ten minute walk to the beach, five minutes drive to Manhattan Beach pier and Hermosa Beach pier, beautiful light filled living area and kitchen upstairs and all bedrooms are downstairs. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Fully furnished living and dining area.
