Looking for a roommate to fill the 4th room of our house in Culver City. The room available is in the pictures attached and includes a built-in desk and a large closet. The house has a beautiful backyard and patio. Full living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. The backyard also has a small guest house that we mainly use for storage. The location is incredible, right next to Helm's Bakery and within walking distance of downtown Culver and plenty of nice restaurants and bars. Parking available. The current roommates are myself and 2 other guys in their mid-20s. We all get along great. We all work full time and enjoy sports, watching movies, etc. When the weather is nice we like to have people over to grill in the backyard. We are looking for someone ASAP and will even allow a move-in before the technical April 1st move-in date if needed as the room is fully empty and ready to move in now.
