I have nothing but amazing things to say of the other two male roommates, in their late 20s- they are phenomenal men and the house has an amazing friendly vibe to it. Good communication is a must! They are willing to live with any gender but prefer someone of a calm demeanor who doesn’t like to bring the party home.
Additionally- if interested in new furniture I am willing to let go of Cal King wooden furniture from Rove (like new- purchased for $4000) as well as Sterns & Foster mattress (slept on for less than 2 months, on occasion- purchased for $8000) for discounted prices as well as other furniture / TV if interested.
