* 🐶 🐶 I have 2 dogs (1 large and one medium) that are mainly kept outside until the evening time when I bring them to my room
* 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♂️ We currently have 3 other roommates (2 male & 1 female), all in their 20-30’s, employed, respectful, and relatively quiet
* 📱🤳 We usually communicate via group text but may also meet in-person

House Expectations & Rules:

* 🧼 ✨ Always clean-up after yourselves - we also share cleaning the common areas
* 🤝🙇🏽‍♂️ Be Respectful toward others and communicate regularly
* 🔌🚰⛽️ Conserve utilities (for example: turning-off lights, electronics, water, etc. when not in use)
* ♻️ We Recycle as much possible (I’ll show you how)
* 👥👥 Guests are allowed, for short infrequent visits (1-2 days)
* 🚫🚭 NO cigarettes or illegal drugs/substances are allowed
* 🍺🍸 Infrequent alcohol use is allowed, as long as it doesn’t disturb others

Rental Agreement Details:

* 📝 Lease Term: 1 year
* 💸 Security Deposit: $600 (refundable, based on condition of room upon move-out)
* 🗓️💵 Rent: $1,200 per month, due on the 1st day of each month
* 📱💸 Pay Rent Using: Venmo, Zelle, ApplePay, or CashApp
* 👥 Looking for a working professional, preferably with a daytime work schedule

* The house is in the city of Los Angeles, near where the 110 and 105 freeways cross, in a quiet and safe neighborhood with mostly single family homes
* About 15 min South of Downtown LA and 15 min East of LAX, on the freeway
* Close to South Bay, SpaceX, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, Lockheed, LAX, Metro rail/bus, USC, Cal State Dominguez Hills, El Camino College, and lots more!
