This is a two bedroom house with a beautiful large backyard, adorned with a massive avocado tree (makes tons of fruits every year). This is going to be your place to relax, do yoga or simply just enjoy the nature and silence. Gardener and cold water included. Plenty of privacy to lay out in the summertime and throw barbecue parties. Do not own a barbecue at the moment. Check out the pictures. it’s a great little property off the street, so it’s quiet.

The area is at the bottom of San Pedro and 10 min away from Palos Verdes Estates. Lots of ocean and hiking trails.
