I’m looking for a new roommate for June 1st - to fill the primary bedroom in my beautiful, spacious, sun drenched 2BD/2BA apartment in Larchmont Village/Hancock Park. Would love to find the right fit!

Lease would be around 1 year - June 15th 2025 - May 31st 2026

Move-in date is June 15 (or possibly July 1 for the right fit), with a one-year lease through May 31, 2026.

You’d have the primary bedroom with ensuite private bathroom, walk-in closet, and private balcony. The room could either be furnished or unfurnished.. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

Amenities: central A/C & heat, dishwasher, microwave, fireplace, large balcony off the kitchen, laundry in the building, parking space in gated garage. Building has an outdoor pool, fitness center, elevator, and is secure with an on-site manager during the day.

This is one of the safest and most charming neighborhoods in the city with great shops, restaurants, park, and beautiful flower-filled streets to walk around on. The Farmer’s Market on Wednesdays and Sundays is amazing. Centrally located - 10 minutes to Hollywood, Koreatown, Silverlake, 15 minutes to Weho and DTLA.

I’m a female (she/her), 40s, professional music composer, and work from home. I'm usually home working during the weekdays and attend events a few times a week. I don't party or have company over often and like keeping the place clean and organized, so it's a peaceful and relaxing space. I enjoy cooking, watching movies, hiking, doing yoga, going to concerts, and traveling a few times a year.

Ideal for someone in their 30s-40s, who works outside the home - considerate, clean, responsible, with respectful energy. Looking for a great personality fit more than just a tenant. Your application would go through the building manager, must have good credit and proof of income. Please no smoking, drugs, or pets. Prefer female, non-binary, or queer male. LGBTQ+ friendly.
