Looking for a clean, respectful employed roommate to share my apartment with me and my pups. The apartment is large and fully furnished including the bedroom, however, the bedroom furniture is optional if you have your own. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, a backyard, a 5 car garage with a space available for you to park and additional permit street parking out front for guests. Ralphs and Trader Joe’s are a few blocks away, and plenty of places to eat in the area.
Neighboring building tenants are cool and we’ve all been here for years. If you’re familiar with Hancock Park then you know this is a sweet deal. I work in film and television so my schedule is usually jam packed during the week. There are way too many great things to write about this place. I’m open to having a conversation if you have any questions.
