Furnished Extra Large Room

This is a Tri-Level home located in a great neighborhood in the desirable city of Hacienda Heights. Our home has a very nicely furnished, private and separate extra large room in the lower third level of the home. This room is available and ready for the right person to occupy. Our rooms are in the upstairs area with my daughter who is in school most of the day, we have another upstairs room that is also vacant, and the room that is available is in the lower third level floor, very private and separate from the rest of the rooms. Home is very quiet and secured. We are somewhat mostly working but always try to keep our home clean and sanitized. There are no parties or drugs in this home. I do have my adult children visit on occasions or family members stop over from time to time but not very often. We are looking for a respectful, drama free, drug free, responsible person, that can keep to themselves for the most part, to join our home.
