Beautiful room with private bathroom and gorgeous view for rent. We are in a 3-bedroom 3-bathroom, 2-story apartment (1,600 square feet total), which feels more like a nice townhouse. This is a resort-style luxury apartment with a pool and gym. Very safe, with lots of security services (gated enclosed parking with a night guard, and a gated perimeter). The common area of our apartment is beautifully furnished, and includes a 65” TV. We are all fun, clean, and easy to get along with. Our only rule is that we all keep the common area / kitchen perfectly clean when we’re done using it. The apartment complex (Avalon Glendale) is less than a mile from The Americana at Brand and the Glendale Galleria, and a couple blocks from the 134 Freeway and the 5 Freeway for easy access to other towns. There is a Ralphs Grocery Store across the street.
No pets, drugs, or smoking.
