I’m looking for an EASY GOING, communicative, and trustworthy MALE roommate (preferably in 12 Step Recovery but not mandatory) to join me in a gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the pool and spa located at The Griffith in Glendale (on the border of Atwater Village). In addition to the pool and spa, amenities include a fitness center, conference room, gaming room, clubhouse, Rooftop Skydeck with Foosball and Ping Pong, outdoor lounge, dog park, BBW grills and outdoor lounge. Feel like you’re on vacation in your very own home!

The Griffith stands on a prime location a block north of the cozy village of Atwater that includes a yoga studio, fabulous restaurants, a library, a theater and a post office. Less than a mile to the east is a Best Buy, Costco, Chase Bank, a golf course, Griffith Park hiking and the 5 Freeway. And a mile to the east you’ll find the bustling city of Glendale with tons of restaurants, nightlife, Target and the Glendale Galleria.

I’m a 49-year-old Film Teacher and Filmmaker originally from New York, working 5 days a week and taking it easy when I’m at home. My life revolves around my 12 step meetings and spiritual community. I enjoy running, working out, Hot Yoga, karaoke, and board games (especially Catan!). I live a pretty chill life and I’m looking for a roommate who is a good fit!

The apartment will be available December 1st at the rate of $2000 a month (utilities included) and includes a parking spot. Video of the apartment available upon request.
