Roommate Wanted in Glendale

Hello! I am looking for a roommate to join my lease in my 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment in northern Glendale. Here is a bit about the place:

$1050/month rent
$1000 security deposit
Internet and utilities around $100 monthly
Month to month lease
Private bedroom 12 ft x 10.5 ft
Shared bathroom
Central Air
On site laundry
Dishwasher
Street Parking
Pet Friendly* (There is a 1 pet policy on the lease, however, may be negotiable as I have a bird, not the traditional dog or cat)
The 5 and the 134 are easily accessible and Ralphs, Trader Joes, and Walgreens are within walking distance.
Neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe.

Here is a little about me:
I am a 31 year old female, working professional with a steady job at a local financial institution. As a roommate, I am respectful of common areas and like to keep them clean and comfortable. I’m laid back and non-confrontational, I like to keep open and peaceful communication with a roommate and address any issues before it can become a cause of stress.
Would love to be friends and explore common interests but understand if that is not something you’re looking for and will respect your space. I am fairly introverted and don’t usually have guests, but I like to go to shows, events, and get togethers occasionally. Otherwise, I enjoy relaxing at home, playing games/watching Netflix, getting creative with arts and crafts, and of course hanging out with my bird. I have a small parrot named Koba. He is a silly and playful boy who will vocalize throughout the day with chirps, chatter, whistles and a few squawks but roosts quietly through the night.

Looking for someone chill with reliable income, flexible to individuals looking for short term or long term living arrangements as lease is month to month.
